看卡是哪国发的——多半跟账户登记地址走。超了就按当地规则收浮动费，有的地方还加一笔固定费。
还有个坑：取现失败也可能算进额度。想核对剩多少，App 里 Cards → Your spending limits → View ATM fees，重置日也在那。
