国行 iPhone 这事挺死的——双实体卡槽，硬件就不带 eSIM。
不是系统没开，也不是运营商没放权，换旅行套餐也没用。买 eSIM 之前先看机型是不是国行，Settings → 蜂窝网络里有没有「添加 eSIM」，或者关于本机里有没有 EID。
海外版 XR 起基本都有；美版 14 往后甚至没实体卡槽。
